HIIT Plans Australia — Progressive, Practical, Local
Short, effective interval workouts for home and gym tailored to Australian lifestyles — beginner to advanced progressions.
Designed with recovery and weather-ready outdoor options for Australians.
How our HIIT plans work
We use interval progressions, load management, and flexible session lengths (10–40 minutes) so you can fit high-impact training into busy Australian days. Each plan scales across four 4-week phases.
- Phase 1: Establish technique & work capacity
- Phase 2: Build intensity with structured intervals
- Phase 3: Peak performance focus
- Phase 4: Deload & retention
